Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination but typically range between:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Mud Melt MX is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to carrier or regulatory limitations.
