We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mud Melt MX purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of cleaning products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Leaking
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mxmudmelt@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cleaning products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom bundles or promotional kits
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the unused product and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
